I've lost 50 pounds in 5 months and this shirt kept me comfortable since day one. I would recommend it to anyone serious about workout. Sizes run small tho so order a size up.

I don't even know where to begin. It fell apart during the third wash. Whoever says this is a good-quality piece of gear is lying through their teeth!
